And that’s what makes working with me different, I do assess all of those aspects. I look at the body as in integrated system of smaller systems - and all of those systems need to function together smoothly for optimal health/movement.
Together, we won’t just work on one aspect of your health, we’ll work on all aspects of your health and movement - integrating them into a highly functional system.
How does it work?
Holistic Personal Training sessions are performed in a one on one setting, either online or in person, using a program specifically designed for you and your unique needs.
Each program is a mix of personalized mobility/movement training, strength training, nutritional guidance, and meditative practices - designed to make your experience as human, just a little more smooth.
These training sessions may include "home work" that must be done when I'm not there to work with you, in order to ensure you progress towards illuminating your physical, mental, and human potential.
Need to lose weight? You will. Does your body not function like it once did? It will. Do you feel stressed out, anxious, scatter brained and need some more perspective? We'll clear that up.
